Welcome to ShopnoLink. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ShopnoLink platform, services, firmware, and related applications (collectively, the "Service") provided by ShopnoLink ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Definitions

  • "Service" refers to the ShopnoLink cloud-based hotspot management platform, including the dashboard, captive portal, firmware, agent software, APIs, and all related tools.
  • "User" or "You" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
  • "Subscriber" refers to a User who has subscribed to a Free or Elite Plan.
  • "End User" refers to persons who connect to a WiFi hotspot managed by the Service.
  • "Firmware" refers to the ShopnoLink proprietary operating system and software provided for router devices.
  • "Router" refers to a compatible network device on which the Firmware is installed.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. The Service is available in Bangladesh and internationally; however, local regulations may apply.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Service Plans

Free Plan: Limited to 15 voucher creations per month. Includes basic features with standard server performance. Sponsor advertisements may be displayed on the captive portal. No dedicated support is provided.

Elite Plan: Unlimited voucher creation, dedicated server performance, ad-free captive portal experience, full data backup and restore functionality, multi-router support, and 24/7 priority support. Monthly subscription fee applies as listed on the pricing page.

5. Payment Terms

  • Elite Plan subscriptions require monthly payment via bKash, Nagad, or other approved payment methods.
  • Payment must be made in advance for the upcoming billing period.
  • All payments are processed manually and verified by our team within 10 minutes of submission during business hours.
  • Failure to make timely payment may result in service downgrade to the Free Plan or suspension.
  • All fees are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/ΰ§³) unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 7 days of initial subscription if the Service has not been substantially used. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted to our support team with a valid reason.

7. Firmware License

  • ShopnoLink Firmware is proprietary software licensed to Subscribers for use on compatible router devices.
  • The Firmware license is non-transferable and limited to the subscribed account.
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Firmware.
  • The Firmware is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding compatibility with all router models.
  • Firmware updates and upgrades are provided at our discretion and may be automatic.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
  • Distribute, host, or facilitate the distribution of illegal, harmful, or objectionable content through your hotspot.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or computer systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes.
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures or access controls.
  • Share your account credentials or firmware with unauthorized third parties.

9. Data Collection & Processing

By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

  • We collect and process data necessary for the operation of the Service, including but not limited to device MAC addresses, IP addresses, bandwidth usage, and session information.
  • You are responsible for informing your End Users about the data collection practices of your hotspot.
  • Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to the platform, dashboard, portal designs, firmware, agent software, trademarks, and branding, are owned by ShopnoLink. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service as permitted by these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Service.
  • In no event shall ShopnoLink be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities arising from the use of the Service.

12. Service Modifications & Termination

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
  • We may terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
  • Data retention after termination is subject to our Privacy Policy.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the laws of Bangladesh. The language of arbitration shall be Bengali or English.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify Subscribers of material changes via email or platform notification.
